Immigration Detention in the Age of Migration Control

One-day workshop for scholars and legal advocates to explore key issues in immigration detention in and outside the United States. Leading researchers and lawyers working on immigration detention issues will present their current research and legal cases. The presentations will serve as a starting point for a broader interdisciplinary dialogue aimed at identifying key policy-relevant issues for future research and litigation.
